Father of all, we pray to you for those we love, but see no longer, especially Whitney: Grant them your peace; let light perpetual shine upon them; and, in your loving wisdom and almighty power, work in them the good purpose of your perfect will; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Most merciful God, whose wisdom is beyond our understanding: Deal graciously with Jim, Suzette, and Jacob in their grief. Surround them with you love, that they may not be overwhelmed by their loss, but have confidence in your goodness, and strength to meet the days to come; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rainsville Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Trinity Methodist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today.
